Baptist youth pastor Carl Lloyd was sentenced to the three years in prison after pleading guilty to charges that he had sexual contact with a 15 year old female congregant.
According to our news partner, the Decatur Daily, 33 year old Carl Lloyd learned his sentence Tuesday. The allegations first came to light in late 2010. Lloyd was a youth minister at the Son Rise Baptist Church. He was dismissed from the church when the charges were filed.
